Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
You can apply for the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product that may be defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Meanwhile, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer before confirming with our customer service <email@example.com>
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the return is caused by us, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer had better contact the manufacturer and they will tell provide the best solution for you.
If due to consumers' reasons, customers can not apply for a refund. But you can contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for paid repair. If so, you should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
